Used twice in the past week. Very reliable quick pickup. Local service. Reasonable price. Some drivers more approachable and friendly than others. Sent a link via WhatsApp so could track the driver allowing an estimate time of pickup never know of this from another taxi firm and found quite useful.

Today I booked a taxi with a few pick ups in Seaham and a taxi to Sunderland stadium of light.
The entire fare came to £58. Usually
This fare with a local company is not
More than £30 which would include a healthy tip.
I’m shocked that for a 1 mile run the taxi was already at £22 and i can describe the whole journey as nothing but a facade. The taxi driver throughout my claims said nothing but that’s what’s on the meter.
For the funds for the journey I would expect a limousine and a bottle of champagne.
I messaged the company directly after to be left on read.
Forget Robin Hood any his merry men. Book city taxis Sunderland and you’ll feel nothing but bitten.

Hope the right person reads this and puts things right on a day to day otherwise it’s another taxi firm on its way to The doghouse
Pre-booked a taxi every day via the app for the next morning & all but 1 of them were late.
E.g today was booked for 9am (booked last night) and the driver arrived 9:18am and made me late for work.
Won’t be using this service going forward this week has put me off for a very long time.
Don't use them frequently but most recently the issue I had was I booked a taxi in advance for a specific time and nothing arrived. I believe you're fine on the phone but be cautious booking through the app. It comes across unreliable.
Ordered a taxi it turned up in good time and the driver was polite and friendly..
Terrible automated system for pickup from the airport. Had booked 12 days in advance and paid a deposit. Waited over an hour before it was resolved and assured that we were the first people this had happened to. After reading the reviews, turns out we werent! Driver was fantasic though. Avoid.
Phoned a taxi at 16.00 to arrive at mine at 17.00 so i could get my 7 year old son to hospital for 17.20... Taxi driver rang me at 17.25 saying hes outside... An asian with a really bad attitude may i add.... Terrible service not be using again
Left stranded in Sedgefield after paying a £75 taxi from Sunderland plus a £20 deposit for a return pick up. Operators kept advising 20mins out for an hour and in the end didn’t turn up. Joke of a firm
